Konjac Powder - Thickener - Emulsion Stabilizer

Xanthan Gum Clear is used as a thickener and emulsion stabilizer. Great for clear formulations! Xanthan Gum Clear is vegetable derived and widely used as a thickener. It can also stabilize emulsions and surfactant-based systems. Ideal for clear formulations and provides a higher viscosity than traditional Xanthan Gum, at a low use level.

Color: White to Slightly Yellow

Odor: Characteristic

Solubility: Water Soluble

Suggested Use Levels: Can be used to co-stabilize emulsion, 0.1 – 0.5%. Also used to thicken water-based systems, up to 1 %.

Suggested Applications: Shower gel, shampoo, body wash, hair gel

Formulating Guidelines: This polymer is non-sensitive to electrolytes and high shear rates, stable over large pH range (4 - 7).

Storage: Storage temperature < + 30 °C In original sealed containers and protected from moisture.

Shelf life: 3 years from date of manufacture
